Zach Harding, Army’s career punting leader, has landed on the Ray Guy Award watch list for the second straight season.
Harding is at the top of Army’s history books in average yards per punt (44.9) entering his senior season. Coach Jeff Monken has said that Harding has next-level skills.
Twenty-four of Harding’s 62 career punts have been placed inside the opponent’s 20-yard line. Harding has 20 punts or more than 50 yards in his career.
Harding’s best 2020 game may have come in Army’s 15-0 win over Navy. Harding dropped five of his seven punts inside Navy’s 20-yard line.
