Offense breakdown: Ball State

Offensive lineman Connor Finucane, Noah Knapp and Dean Powell played all 76 snaps in a 28-16 loss at Ball State.

Finucane, Knapp and Powell didn’t leave the field on offense for the second straight week.

Senior tackle Mason Kolinchak made his season debut and the fourth career start.

Army fullbacks did not score a touchdown for the first time this season.

Tyhier Tyler led the team in rushing with 63 yards, making the fourth time in five games that an Army quarterback has been the teams leading rusher this season.

Army’s third-down conversion percentage (4-for-16, 25 percent) was Army’s lowest since The Citadel (23 percent) on Oct. 10, 2020.

Wide receivers Ryan Jackovic and Mike Roberts played a season-high 38 snaps. Cole Caterbone, who played the most snaps at wide receiver through the first four games, did not see any action on offense but did play special teams and made a tackle.
