Army football 2023 freshman report for R-Day

Christian Brothers cornerback and Tennessee state 100-meter and 200-meter track champion Jaxon Hammond was among the Army freshman football players reporting for R-Day earlier Monday morning.

Hammond possesses next-level speed, running the 100 dash in 10.35 seconds at the state championship, and could make in immediate impact.

Quarterbacks Hayden Oviatt (Wamego, Kansas) and Hezekiah “Champ” Harris (Miami, Fla.) are direct freshmen to watch. Army Prep quarterbacks Cale Hellums and Larry Robinson are also among the freshmen reporting.

Here’s a working list of Army’s 2023 freshman class. (Parents if you would like your son’s R-Day photos posted on our social media, please DM pics to @salinterdonato on Twitter or email to salinterdonato@gmail.com)
