Scott, Reynolds, Gerena get shot at Army Pro Day

Offensive lineman Lucas Scott, wide receiver Casey Reynolds and linebacker Brett Gerena showcased their skills in front of scouts from the New York Giants and New England Patriots at Army Football Pro Day.

Scott, who has slimmed down from his playing weight of 305 pounds for West Point’s physical fitness test, worked out at center, guard and H-back. The Baltimore Ravens requested that Scott run some H-back drills. Scott was originally recruited to play fullback at Army. He was moved to defensive line before becoming a two-year starter on the offensive line for the Black Knights. Scott was an all-American and member of Army’s Joe Moore Award-winning offensive line in 2024.

Scott has received Local Day workout invite from the Giants and Patriots.

Reynolds, who led Army with 20 receptions and 457 receiving yards in 2024, ran the 40-yard dash in 4.57 seconds.

Gerena excelled in special teams and as a third inside linebacker during his Army career.

New England Patriots scout Bob Kronenberg made his first trip to West Point. Former Big Blue offensive lineman Chris Snee was one of three Giants scouts in attendance.

Black Knight Nation’s Mike Heit conducted the interviews and created and edit the videos.
