Army’s Lucas Scott to play in Hula Bowl all-star game

Army senior right tackle Lucas Scott has earned and accepted an invitation to play in the Hula Bowl all-star game on January 11, 2025 at UCF FBC Mortgage Stadium in Orlando, Fla.

Scott, who started 21 straight games for the Black Knights, has excelled in a switch from right guard to right tackle this season.

Originally recruited as a fullback out of Chenango Forks (N.Y.) High School, Scott was also moved to defensive line before finding a home on the offensive line his junior season. He started the second game in 2023 and has been one of Army’s most consistent lineman since.

Scott has been named to the Pro Football Focus College national team of the week twice this season. Army has successfully ran counter plays with Scott leading the runner throughout its first 10 games.

NFL scouts have visited West Point to take a look at Scott, who is listed at 6-foot-3 and 305 pounds.
